I studied at La Salle University the Modern Languages career, I graduated On February 24, 2006 with an educational practice in an institute of the university and now I am professional. I wrote a research project based on the creation of didactic strategies for the improvement of the reading and writing Spanish skills in students of high school. Nowadays I teach English, to students of High School. I teach English to students of 11-15 years old. I use didactic strategies that help learners to improvement this language. At the beginning of 2007 I decided to travel to United States of America in order to improve my English level and grow as a teacher and as a person, additionaly I learned that with this experience I would provide my students new vocabulary, and new things of a different culture. I came back with the idea of applying everything that I learned. I am a Master in English Language Teaching-Autonomous learning environments (La Sabana University-Bogota-Colombia). I did a research project about the Impact of Songs on Students’ Pronunciation Awareness of the Phonemes /θ/, /ʃ/, and /v/ Through the Articulatory Method”.Therefore, I studied the ICELT course provided by the Cambridge University. career want to continue with my studies and become a better teacher. At the same time I want to contribute in the development of new English and Spanish projects in order to grow in this world and become an importan part of it.
